To provide the structured training, development and support to our people to reach their full potential and maximize their job satisfaction the Group has devised the 'What Good Looks Like' programme. What Good Looks Like ensures our people have clarity on what good job performance looks like, what potential career paths exist and underpins this with a series of job chats and an extensive training and development programme delivered by the Speedy Training Academy.
In line with our Core Value of 'Driven by Success and Reward' the Group is developing a 'balanced scorecard' to assist in measuring non financial as well as financial performance. These KPIs are currently under development, and falling under the Responsibility area of our balanced scorecard they are likely to reflect Group performance in areas such as customer satisfaction, employee engagement, retention and skills level, health and safety and carbon management. This will bring our Corporate Responsibility strategy into the mainstream of Group operations at all levels of the organization.
A recently introduced 'Spot Reward' programme will also give our managers the opportunity to immediately reward those employees who go the extra mile in their day to day activities. Red Letter days covering adrenaline packed adventures or pure indulgences and spa treatments will be the fun rewards for our people who display our spirit and values in abundance and go above and beyond the call of duty for our customers, our communities or our colleagues.
